Instructions
 

  • Toast the Bread: Start by toasting your preferred bread until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. This creates a delightful crunch and helps keep the bread from getting mushy.
  • Get the Avocado Ready: As the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, take out the pit, and scoop the inside into a bowl.
  • Mash the Avocado: Use a fork to mash the avocado. You can choose to mash it until it’s smooth or keep it a bit chunky, based on your taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For added flavor, you can mix in a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning and enhance the taste.
